Last year Tying my shoes was yoga- but I'm nearing being back in shape again and now might just try yoga. Though I've been looking at maybe kickboxing again, just sparring for exercise (as my right knee does this hilarious dislocation thing that scares everyone and leaves me limping for weeks.) But I miss sparring and probably could use a good ass kicking.

t, i've got a heavy bag and am not afraid to pummel it.

yoga is good, but pilates is even better, especially if you have old joint injuries.

I'd like to do yoga sometime soon. I know some pretty great instructors here and one super gnarley Yogi gentleman on the Big Island who is an old friend (we used to race canoes together. He's the all time best- just the most cool. unpretentious guy I've ever known. But I procrastinate terribly.)
